Refund policy

 

UNLESS FAULTY, STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS

Note: Should there be a fault with the garment, a notification to Duality (with proof of damage/ error) must be made within 7 business days after the delivery date for a refund to be applicable.

To return a purchase, your item(s) must meet the following criteria:

Be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition

Be returned with original tags and packaging

Duality reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our return policy. Returns that fail to comply with our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.

RETURNS
Simply email admin@dualitystore.com.au to request return instructions. Duality does not bear any responsibility for international or domestic returns, so for added safety, please use a well-established courier and insure all packages with a tracking number.

EXCHANGES
We are able to offer exchanges as long as the item is of the same cost and provided we have stock of the other item you wish to exchange, if there is no stock, a simple refund will be issued (see refund/return policy above) 

REFUNDS (STORE CREDIT)
Once your item(s) have been returned you will receive an email with your store credit. Once your order has been processed, you will receive confirmation to the email address provided when checking out, with store credit.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping costs for any refund/exchange/return must be paid by the customer
